Processing Time
All orders are processed same day or next day after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all connected states within the U.S. If your location is not available at checkout, we do not ship there at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available). Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Once verified, we will ship a replacement item at no additional cost.
